My Result blade won't cut a straight cut, what am I doing wrong?

The Result blades are a fantastic medium slabbing blade that gives a quick cut through your glass with minimal chipping. They also have a very thin core on the blade.

With this thinner core you need to be more careful about putting too much pressure on the blade as you're cutting or you will "walk" the blade. This basically just means that you are slightly bending the core of the blade as you are cutting and the blade is drifting off center.

This can cause cuts that are not straight, excess chipping, cracking in your glass, or extreme blowout on the end of the cut.

Take your time and let the blade do the work. If you feel like the blade is slowing down too much, it may be time to dress the blade with a dressing stick.
