How long do electroplated diamond belts last?

As with anything, it's generally very difficult to judge the lifespan of diamond tools.

A lot depends on what you are grinding, how much you are grinding off the piece, and how often you're doing this.

That being said, electroplated diamond belts have an extremely long lifespan. We've had belts in our shop that we've worn holes in and it still grinds the glass like it's brand new. This is after 10 years of use. We're not saying that you'll have the same longevity as it depends on usage, but they are generally the longest wearing belts you've ever have.
