All of our diamond blades are sintered diamonds and many of the blades come with a sealant painted over them to prevent any mineral buildup on the blade. The first time you run a saw blade you should pass it through a dressing stick.
It will clear any sealant from the edge of the blade and dress the sintered diamond edge to prepare it to cut your glass. Once your blade has been dressed it should cut like a charm.
