How do I deal with freight damages?

When machinery ships via freight carrier instead of common carrier (ie UPS or Fedex), you will need to examine the freight when it arrives to make sure there is no damage to the machinery.

Any and all damage to the machinery must be noted by the delivery driver for the freight company before you sign for the merchandise. If you notice any damage after you have signed for your machinery, please contact the freight carrier immediately to inform them of the damage. Once you have signed for the delivery, the merchandise is your responsibility and any and all damages must be noted as soon as possible to have any recourse with the delivery company.

We do our best to manage any damaged shipments and get replacement shipment out to you in a timely manner.
